Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. 

 

In the unusual event of any major delays beyond our usual processing times, we will contact you by email.

NOTE: Due to serious limitations related to COVID-19 and other factors, shipping currently takes longer than usual. This does not only affect us but everyone. We kindly ask you to be patient as the tracking information might not be updated for several days during transit. 

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes as the receiver is required to sign for the delivery. Any loss resulting from the use of any P.O. address and/or C/O address is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation.


Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

In case you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 days after you received your order. Please contact our customer support through the contact form and quote your order reference number.
